2.2. Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Many domestic and international customers visit our factory every year. Our company is near Shanghai.It only takes you about 1 hour to get Changzhou.Or we can visit you in 

Shanghai.

2.3. Can your machine meet our need well?
We will supply you a proposal as to your specific requirement, and each machine is customized to satisfy customer's need well.
2.4. What information should we tell you in the inquiry?

In order to quota you the right drying machine, we would like to get the following information from your inquiry:

2.4.1. What is the raw material? 

2.4.2.Material related characteristic? Does it corrosive, strong basicity, or highly acid? Please confirm.

2.4.3. What is the capacity per hour you need (kg/h)?

2.4.4. What is the initial moisture of material and final moisture of finished products you require to get?

2.4.5. What about the maximum drying temperature of raw material?

2.4.6. What kind of fuel you use to heat the dryer? Natural gas, electricity, fuel oil or steam?

2.4.7. Which equipment material do you like prefer? SUS304, SUS316L or Carbon steel?

2.4.8. Provide us your country’s electricity information, such as phases, voltage, HZ?

2.5. What’s the quality of your products?

2.6. What's your payment way?
T/T by our bank account directly, or by Alibaba's trade assurance service. Other ways can also be received after we both sides discussion and agreement.
2.7. How can you ensure the machine's quality after we put the order?
Before the delivery, we will send you machine's pictures and videos, or you can come to us to have the quality checking by yourself, or by the third party inspection organization contacted by your side.
2.8. Why do we choose your company?

2.9. Does your price include freight?
Our usual price is based on FOB Shanghai, if you request CIF, please give us your delivery port, and we will give you CIF price.
