1.2.Service in sale:

1.2.1. Ensure product with high quality and pre-commissioning before delivery;
1.2.2. Delivery on time;
1.2.3. Provide full set of documents as customer’s requirements.

1.3.Service after sale:

Provide considerate services to minimize clients’ worries.
1.3.1. Assist clients to prepare for the first construction scheme;
1.3.2. Install and debug the equipment;
1.3.3. Train the first-line operators;
1.3.4. Examine the equipment;
1.3.5. Take initiative to eliminate the troubles rapidly;
1.3.6. Provide technical support;
1.3.7. Establish long-term and friendly relationship.

1.4. Warranty period

One-year warranty period for whole machine except of tubes and human factors etc, and 12-month of after-sale service from the date when you receive machine or 12 months when installation finished; Consultant services for whole machine life, and 24 hours technical support by email; UPS, English software, user manual and the installation & debugging by our experienced technicians.
