1. General description of Vacuum Tray Dryer

Vacuum drying is drying material in vacuum condition. Vacuum pump is used for exhausting air and humidity, so that in the working chamber is vacuum state. And at the same time, the moisture that volatilized from material is exhausted out by vacuum pump, so the drying speed is faster and can save more energy. In the dryer, there is no temperature in the top and bottom. Following are characteristics of the vacuum dryer:

1. Top is circular arc structure, it can avoid the steam droplets fall down to material.

2. It is suitable for drying materials that state is unstable or heat sensitivity materials.

3. It is suitable materials that when recovering solvent and drying will produce poisonous and thrill gas.

5. This equipment can adopt steam for sterilization and disinfection.

6. This equipment has four vacuum orifice, they can ensure the uniformity of drying.

2. Application of Vacuum Tray Dryer

This machine is mainly used for drying fruits, vegetables, Chinese medicine extract, heat sensitivity materials such as explosive, the materials that state is not stable and shape is easy to be destroyed, the materials that need to recover organic solvent such as ethanol, etc.
