Two WLDH-1.5 Horizontal ribbon mixers have been finished and delivered recently. The two WLDH-1.5 Horizontal ribbon mixers are specially designed for N.G.P Tobacco ApS, who is an official manufacturer of tobacco-free nicotine pouches in Denmark. The volume is WLDH-1.5 is 1500L, and power is 18.5kW.

Horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of transmission parts, U-shaped barrel body and double-layer ribbon agitator. The outer ribbon coiling form cooperates with the rotation direction to push the material from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes the material from the middle to both ends. The ribbons coiling method with different angles and directions produces different flow directions for the material. The material is sheared and mixed to achieve rapid mixing through continuous convection circulation.
