Wet granulating production line

1.General description of the granulating drying system

This closed granulation and drying production line is a modular production line that developed by our company with the introduction of international advanced technology and many years of practical experience. The production line can avoid dust leakage and cross pollution in the process of material transfer. The configuration is flexible, efficiency is high and convenient to operate. And it meets the requirements of cGMP for pharmaceutical process.

The granulation production line is mainly composed of vacuum feeder, high shear mixer granulator, milling machine and fluid bed dryer. The powder is loaded to the high shear mixer granulator for granulating by the vacuum feeder. The mixing speed and cutting speed of the high shear mixer granulator adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which is suitable for wet granulation of materials with different characteristics. After wet mixing and granulation, the wet particles directly enter the milling machine from the discharge port of the high shear mixer granulator. After wet milling, the wet granules with uniform size are sucked into the fluid bed dryer through the connecting pipeline under the negative pressure of the exhaust fan of fluid bed dryer. Then the granules will be dried by the fluid bed dryer. The whole process is completely sealed without dust leakage and cross pollution. It is a fully automatic production line with simple operation, and it greatly reduces the labor intensity.

2. Features of the granulating drying system

1. In this production line, granulation and drying are completed in the same clean room, which avoids the cross pollution caused by the transfer of materials in multiple clean rooms. The process is more scientific and reasonable, and saves the space occupied by the equipment.

2. The production line ensures the continuity and stability of production and improves the yield of finished products.

3. The vacuum feeding device and lifting reverse unloading device (optional with vacuum unloading) of the system greatly reduce the labor intensity and dust pollution.

4. The system adopts PLC automatic control system and graphical operation interface. The working parameters can be automatically stored for browsing and printing.

5. The WIP cleaning system configured in the system can clean the whole granulation drying line in place.

6. The explosion-proof system and reliable interlock, grounding and other safety measures of the system ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and environment.
