1. General description of Coal-burning hot air furnace

The furnace is the latest indirect heating equipment integrating combustion and heat exchange, and heat exchange at the high-temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air go their own way, heating is absolutely pollution-free, and the thermal efficiency is 60% ~ 70%. The equipment has the advantages of fast temperature rise, small occupied area, convenient installation, reliable use and low price (compared with ordinary boilers, the heating system is only half of the price of boiler heating system). High temperature resistant measures are taken, so that its service life is greatly longer than that of tubular hot blast stove. The way of longitudinal flushing of heat sink by flue gas and negative pressure smoke exhaust are adopted. The heat exchange part does not accumulate dust, does not need to be cleaned, and the thermal performance is stable. All kinds of coal or firewood can be used as fuel, and equipped with secondary air inlet device, the combustion is complete, and the technical and economic indexes of the furnace have reached the domestic leading level.
