1. General description of Pulse bag filter
After the dusty airflow enters the lower chamber from the air inlet, the dust is blocked by the cloth bag. The purified air passes through the filter bag, enters the upper chamber through the venturi and is discharged from the outlet. The dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag is increasing. When the resistance is within the specified range (generally 80 ~ 120 mm water column), the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag should be removed. The controller triggers each control valve in sequence. The compressed air in the air bag expands the bag filter rapidly in an instant through the spray pipe. With the reaction of the air flow, the shaken dust is discharged through the discharge valve.
