Brief introduction of calcium bicarbonate material

Calcium bicarbonate is an inorganic acid salt. Easily soluble in water, chemical formula Ca(HCO3)2, relative molecular mass 162.06, calcium carbonate dissolved in carbon dioxide aqueous solution to form calcium bicarbonate. Calcium bicarbonate exists only in solution; evaporating the calcium bicarbonate solution gives calcium carbonate solids.

The working principle of calcium bicarbonate fluidized bed dryer

The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the fluidized bed on the horizontal plane and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is dedusted by the cyclone separator. It is discharged by the exhaust air 1:3. The dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.
