Titanium dioxide, white solid or powdered amphoteric oxide, molecular weight: 79.87, is a white inorganic pigment with non-toxic, good opacity, whiteness and brightness, and is considered to be an ideal white pigment at present. Titanium dioxide has strong adhesion and is not easy to chemically change, and the color is snow white. Can be used in coatings, plastics, paper, printing ink, chemical fiber, rubber, cosmetics and other industries. It has a high melting point and is also used to make refractory glass, glaze, enamel, clay, high-temperature laboratory utensils, etc. Titanium dioxide is an important white pigment and porcelain glaze. Used in paint, ink, plastic, rubber, paper, chemical fiber, watercolor paint and other industries.
After filtering and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, (rotationally) sprays into extremely fine mist-like liquid droplets, which can be dried into finished products in a very short period of time in co-current contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan.
