The drying method of TCM decoction pieces is directly related to the quality of the decoction pieces. In the past, drying in a solar room could not only meet the certification requirements but also reduce the cost. However, the design of the solar room of a few enterprises is unreasonable. First, the area is small and cannot meet the production requirements. Second, the facilities of the solar room are not perfect, with only dustproof function, no supporting ventilation, dehumidification, floor rack and other devices, and the drying speed is slow. According to the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine pieces, our company designs a belt dryer that is in line with Chinese herbal medicine pieces. The belt dryer is used to dry the pieces, which is not affected by the weather.
Traditional Chinese herbal decoction pieces belt dryer is composed of feeding system, distribution system, air inlet filtration system, heating and cooling system, main engine, transmission system, bypass filtration system, discharge system, exhaust air and moisture removal system, control system, etc. When working, the material is fed from the feeding system to the cloth system, and the material is fed into the belt dryer. The material meets the hot and cold air passing through the mesh belt, and conducts heat and mass transfer. The hot air is recycled to reduce energy consumption. Low, after reaching a certain humidity, part of the forced moisture removal takes away the water, and the material is dried and cooled.
1. The hot air inlet temperature is displayed and controlled by the ratio control valve, so as to control the inlet air temperature within the set range. 2. The speed of the mesh belt is adjustable by frequency conversion, which ensures the residence time of the material and the quality of the discharge. 3. The transmission motor, stirring motor and dehumidification fan are adjustable in frequency conversion. 4. The bottom of the bottom mesh belt of the belt machine is made into an inclined surface to facilitate material collection and cleaning. 5. After the equipment is completed, the transmission and conveying system is put into trial operation, and there is no abnormal noise or jamming. 6. An ultrasonic material level detector is installed on the silo with stirring to ensure a reasonable material level, and it is linked with the front conveyor line to make the production line smoother. 7. The doors of all parts of the box are well insulated, sealed, and easy to open and close. 8. There are cleaning access doors on both sides of each unit, which can directly flush the inside of the equipment.
